First off this is 2nd review as 1st did not post!!!??? My first purchase in may the box was broken open and missing activator and shampoo…it was refunded. I decided to give it 2nd chance. this second purchase the dye was black and clumpy, vs transparent brown from first purchase. It worked slightly, but in comparison to just for men or the first purchase, Not at all. I’m concerned that I wrote similar review last week, and it does not appear in review. This is troubling, as customers we rely on this information. Very disappointing😢

It works in theory and some what in practice but the colors are generic and don’t blend well and it’s ot really worth the convenience if it has to be done twice as often.

Loved the color. There are 2 portions or uses divided up with separate packaging. Tough to do a whole head with one use application. Mixing is done on the hair. Color applied first then the developer.

Used to use Redken, but no longer on Amazon. Tried this brand. Strange mix, but give it a try. 1st time, turned a light brown as expected. 2nd time, thought the color package was a bit off on the color, but must be ok since it's sealed. NOPE! My hair started turning a red shade. Oh hell NO! Washed out immediately!! Going to back to Redken even if I have to get it somewhere else.

Left on for 15 minTested and then re applied and when I finally rinsed it left all the graySmall envelopes of product that become wasted if not used
