Honestly works WELL! Time saver!
This stuff really does work. I’m not sure if maybe the bad reviews were because they were trying to remove a brand new tan- if that’s the case- there really isn’t any product you can use for that without major scrubbing and you’re gonna need to leave this stuff on a LOT longer than 5 minutes..For a tan that is not fresh, anything after a few days old- this stuff REALLY DOES the trick for easily removal! I used to spend hours every single week scrubbing off my old tan and reapplying. Such a tedious process. But now, I’m able to apply this product, throw on a loose robe/nightie and then sit and watch tv for another 15 minutes or so before i hop in the shower and exfoliate my tan off in minutes! I still definitely scrub a little bit l, especially on the dryer areAs...but I’m telling you, TRUST ME. This stuff has changed my life when it comes to the amount of time i was spending every week trying to remove my tan without it.TIP: I think it’s best to leave it on longer then it says to. I have not had any type of bad reaction from it and the longer i leave it on, the easier my tan comes off. Also, i typically will reapply to my hands and feet and arms about 5-10 min after the first application, before hopping in the shower or washing off the first application. This stuff will soaks in and so the second application is what works best in the areas that are typically harder to remove the tan from.I’m very pleased with this stuff and am going to continue to use it from here on out!Oh, and I’ve never used bondisands self tanner before... so yes, it will work with ALL brands of self tanners- and not just their own line! Hope this helps!

This is extremely helpful
Let me start off by saying, I don’t use Bondi Tanner. Honestly never tried it. I use Loving Tan 2 Hour Express. I tan weekly. I have naturally jet black hair, so I like to have a tan.Because I tan weekly, I exfoliate weekly. Exfoliating has always been an extremely annoying activity because it’s impossible to get all of my tan off ( even when I brutally rub my skin.)I decided to give this a try. I saw many reviews claiming this product doesn’t work. I’m assuming the buyer expected it to just melt the tan off their skin. This is a completely logical thought. ( I read the reviews so I knew it probably wasn’t going to work like magic.)I decided to give it a go anyway. Results: Fantastic- IF YOU EXFOLIATE!I left the product on for 5 minutes. Jumped in the shower, and used my exfoliating mitt and ALL OF THE TANNER CAME OFF MY SKIN.So this product is a life saver. This DOES work, but make sure to exfoliate it off. Rinsing alone doesn’t cut it.I have used it 2 times so far for my whole body and I will probably get 2 more uses out of it. You can expect it to last a month with weekly use. Hope this helps!

It works.
I’m not a regular spray tan person. It was my son’s wedding and needed color. I have mature skin. The spray tan TOOK, and I’m fair. I decided after the wedding I needed to remove it. First application left on 15 min. You do need to scrub when rinsing it off. It just doesn’t rinse the color of the spray tan away. I had to do another application and left on for a half hour. It works, but you need to scrub and multiple applications.

Helps, But Doesn't Fully Remove Tan
This product does help your tan get off faster, BUT not all the way. I still have to scrub it off. It's also a little strange that I have to be walking around my house naked for 5-10 min while it settles in. I will still use this product, but I am still in the market for something that will help me remove my tan completely so I can start from scratch.

Doesn’t Work on “Ultra Dark” Color
I was really excited to try this after reading the reviews. I’m a longtime spray-tanner and switched to self tanning during Covid when the salons closed down. I mainly use Bondi’s Dark and Ultra Dark foaming self tan. The most annoying part of self tanning is exfoliating the tan off each week (I keep my tan for 7 days) and reapplying a fresh tan; however, Ultra Dark is generally much harder to remove than the Dark color.I have tried this product a couple of times now. First, I followed the instructions exactly and applied the product on dry skin and waited a little bit more than 5 minutes. I showered afterwards to rub it off and I felt it literally made NO difference. I had to exfoliate just as I usually do.The next week, I applied the product on dry skin and waited about 20 minutes before showering. I was expecting it to work because I left it on for so long but once again it literally made NO difference! Like none at all.As an avid self tanner, I wanted to let my fellow sunless girls know not to waste their money on this. Bondi is otherwise a great sunless brand, but the remover just does not work. You’re better off taking the traditional exfoliating route because you’ll just have to do that anyways.

BEST TAN REMOVER IVE EVER USED
I first tried the rose & caramel purity scrub cause I saw on TikTok everyone said they loved it, and while yes it does work it didn’t get off those stubborn tan bits. But this? Did and EASILY! It has a smell that’s like soap + hair dye but it’s very faint. I put 2-3 pumps on each part of my body just like I would a self tanner and I rubbed it in and left it for 10 just to be safe. Got in my shower and scrubbed with my scrubbing mitt and it came off SO EASILY. I’m so happy I decided to try this remover cause I hate when it’s close to tanning day and I have stubborn patches all over. NOT ANYMORE! And I also feel very moisturized! So BONUS! 🩷🩷 if you’re looking for a great remover THIS IS IT

Saved me from a tan-catastrophe
Well this saved me from a tragedy lol! I self tanned with a new product and let’s just say it was a disaster! I looked like I had a disease. Thankfully this stuff was able to erase the tan after scrubbing and I continue on with my life. For my next tan catastrophe I’ll be using this.

Doesn’t really work
When I looked up what’s the best self tan remover cause I went to a professional tanning place and whatever product they used looked great when they first put it on and then my skin looked 100 years old by the evening so I was desperate to remove the tan and this didn’t do anything
