I really like this travel mug, it’s the perfect size for the travel mug setting on my Ninja coffee maker, and fits perfectly in the cup holder in my car. It keeps my coffee nice and hot for quite a while (more than long enough for me to drink it). As with any insulated container, it should be tempered first by filling with hot tap water and letting it sit for a couple of minutes (I learned this from instructions that came with other insulated containers, i.e. thermos’s and food storage containers). The reason for four stars instead oh five? The lid is a little difficult to clean. As others have said, the slide isn’t removable, but I found that by sliding it back and forth a few times and swishing around in the soapy water while doing my dishes does a decent job. I also use the spray function on my faucet with hot water to rinse it, and that helps too. Over all, especially for the price point, this is a nice mug and works great for me.

It's attractive looking, it keeps hot stuff really hot for a long period of time and cool stuff cool. It's easy to clean, I like the fact that it came with more than one lid and the brush to clean the straw it came with. Fits in the cup holder in my car and it was very reasonably priced!

It’s better than I was expecting for the price. Keeps my coffee warm plenty long enough. The lid seals very well when you close the drink slide. Very good quality!

very good design, easy to hold (could be smaller diameter) well made & after 2 hours tea is still warm. like nato green color. Much lower price than Yeti or Swig, & still has the same quality.

The product is G-R-E-A-T. Keeps hot drinks hot and is so very easy to clean. I have 4 of these mugs & they are all fantastic. Sadly I dropped one of them at Christmas and damaged the lid. I emailed their Customer Services team to purchase a replacement lid and they despatched me one by return of post. The comms was clear open and friendly and they resolved my query swiftly. 10 outta 10 WetoWeto !! Thank you.
