I recently purchased the Pigeon air fryer for nearly ₹3000, expecting a quality product, but unfortunately, my experience has been quite disappointing. I’ve tried using it with different recipes and settings, but nothing seems to work as expected. Every time I attempt to use it, I receive an E1 error code, and the power shuts off every minute or so. The fryer constantly shuts down, and now, after a few uses, it has become extremely hot and refuses to turn on at all.Given that it’s not a cheap product, I’m really frustrated with its performance and reliability. This has turned into a real hassle, and it’s concerning that a product in this price range is causing so many issues. I would appreciate any guidance on how to fix this or if anyone has experienced similar problems. I was hoping for a functional and long-lasting appliance, but right now, it’s giving me a hard time.

The media could not be loaded. The product is morethan expected for me. Very nice and easy to cook.Design, color weight noice leve gets good marks. If u are buying for first time go for it for a try no need to go for high priced products.Quality of handle is not good. Food is not cooked equally all around. Papad of 6 small pies tried, one of the pieces burned out all the other 5 piece fried good.

The product i received failed to perform in the very beginning itself. Within 2 minutes it gave the "E1" Error and repeated it everytime i tried. We even coocked different combinations and quantities of food and still same error E1. Then i replaced the product with exactly the same and that product had same issues. The solution for E1 error in the User Manuel is to contact service center. All of this concludes that the company fails at quality check of the product. The error is thermal sensor fails to read and maintain temperature. Solution : I had a long conversation with my local chef and he recommended me Philips Brand and opted me to go for Analog rather than digital.

Product is good but in one use it's not working..
