I spray when I feel dry. I also take with me to chlorine pools bc they dry my skin out and then spray myself and it gives me an instant moisturizer feeling!

Superb fine mist spray. It must have a higher mineral content than other brands , if I'm broken out, it will give me a slight sting- but it goes away after a while. I use it for its healing properties for my eczema.
