The item did not include the instructions, however if you aren't a half wit you can easily figure it out. You do need a drill to properly anchor and screw the holder to the wall as well as a tape measure and level. Screws and an Allen key were included. The design does not make the toilet paper roll fall off! You can easily tighten the rod that holds the roll to any length and adjust to sit on the ledge. It is a nice quality and worth the $24, which is not expensive in comparison to the like counterparts. Buy it only if you have a brain.

I bought this to try to match our existing towel racks. It is not as shiny as our existing hardware but it is still sturdy, durable and looks good. The first time we received it, it came without the screws to install it, but we sent it back and received a replacement with everything in it, so it was all good. No problem with customer service.

Bought this and just missed the return window when doing home improvements. If you don't install this exactly perfect the toilet paper falls off every time you use it. It is a poor design because the bottom piece is too small to hold the rod. Just wasted $24 because I have to buy something else. I will say the material is good but be careful with install, you can't be off by even a millimeter. Would not buy again.

The holder is very stylish. I wanted a holder that did not have the traditional spring bar. This fits the bill, except that the seat for the bar is very small. Too much pressure and the bar and roll fall off. Working on a DIW remedy. Until then, be gentle😐

Other than the fact that the satin finish is not exactly a satin finish and more chrome like, it works fine/as described.My biggest gripe was that for the money they didn’t bother including a template or instructions for installation. Obviously I got it figured out though.Sturdiness seems over all good, but that’s something to determine over time.If you’re one to read reviews, wanted to make sure to mention these two issues.

This is a really nice holder once it’s installed. I would have saved a lot of time if there were simple instructions included. I had to figure out which way to install the brackets. Once I figured that out it was easy to do. HOWEVER, the seat is too small. Every time we pull paper, it falls off the seat. If I wasn’t concerned about redrilling new holes, I would return it.
