Quality product
I bought the same in Australia except it came with a bag. Mine works exceptionally well, keeping salad very cold for over 5 hours. I make and package the salad the night before. Leave in fridge overnight. At 5 am I put the containers into the larger container and then into my bag. Cycling to work no leaks. I leave it on my desk until lunchtime which is about 7 hours after leaving home and the food is as cold as if it came out of the fridge. Really pleased with Australian product and expect UK Amazon product to work the same. Holds enough for 2-3 meals complimented with crackers or similar.

Surprisingly Delighted by the Heat Retention
Had I realised there were effectively only one reviewer at the time of purchase I would not have bought this product, did so in a hurry so missed that fact. The 4 stars tells you what I actually think of the product, it got 4 not because it doesn't deserve 5, but because I never give 5, so 4 means uttery delighted in my book.Anyway, I tested it out putting boiling hot water in each of the three containers without heating them first then sealing its lid and waiting 7 hours. The result surprised me, the top container was still hottish, hotter than warm, and certainly not cold, sufficient that had this been soup I would have enjoyed it. The next container down was almost too hot to touch still, and the last container was very much too hot to touch. This is astonishing as that was after 7 hours, my wife and I would generally not likely eat anything longer than 5 hours from this flask. This food flask therefore kept liquid hotter than our tea flasks we have, would have done after 7 hours.Quality is indeed seemingly very good and stainless-steel, body and lid, though the lid of the flask does not have a vacuum barrier like the body. Nonetheless the flask still kept the water hot enough, actually too hot, in some instances, so I'm not going to complain. It does everything my wife and I want in a food flask and that is all that matters.Obviously cannot appraise longevity as that is something I can only do over the next few months. I might actually return to this review and see if I can amend it with the long-term reliability results. I think the surface paintwork may not stand the test of time in the back of the car, but even if it gets scratched it's the heat retention properties we are interested in not its cosmetic. Glad I didn't notice the lack of reviews or I would not have been unexpectedly delighted. I will keep the flask in the neat fitting carboard box that came with it which should reduce scratching in the car.So what a pleasant surprise.Additional comment Nov 21st 2022: Have used flask a number of times now and there is nothing to report that was negative, still delighted. The flask I have concluded would be great for holding the heat from soup in but we have not used it for that. We use the lower containers for cooked party sausage rolls and the top container for cooked beef burgers after swimming or after a hill walk. The sausage rolls are still very warm though not hot. This is a physics problem not a flask problem; liquids hold heat in far better than food like sausage rolls even though I heated up the containers with hot water beforehand.

Keeps food really hot and easy to manage/assemble.
Bought this to help with my elderly mum's evening meal needs. She often doesn't eat at a regular time in the evening and her food needs to be left for her in this type of food container. I got this for her a few weeks ago and so far she has found it easy to open with her frail hands and says that the food is piping hot even after a couple of hours.

Disfigured lid
I dislike the lid of the item is disfigured. I hope it retains the heat as it has been advertised to, otherwise I don’t mind getting a replacement
