WILL BURN FOR 2 HOURS ONLY
This product blatantly cheats you, the customer, by misrepresenting the burn time. Tealights have a short burn time of about 2 hours, NOT 3.5 hours. I bought this product on 29-Nov-24, because it was marked Amazon's Choice, had a rating of 4.3, and the tealights' burn time on the website description is clearly marked as "3.5 hours". This 3.5 hours is repeated on the packaging. All tealights I tired were around 2 hours, and you will not get your money back. Through all Amazon channels I have been unable to speak to anyone, even the callback was automated. I can only get a refund if I go out to a Post Office. Amazon's Choice here is clearly to mislead customers here. My advice: do not waste your £9.99.
