As soon as this nasal spray arrived I used it immediately and have been using it ever since at least twice a day. It provides fast relief has no disgusting taste, if there is any type of residual taste it's somewhat similar to having a penny in your mouth. It clears my sinuses effectively with no offensive odor again providing fast relief from a product made from natural ingredients.

I bought this to use after being in large gatherings like Christmas parties, to protect myself from picking up respiratory bugs. But I've also found that if I use it in the evening, that I wake up with a lot less congestion and post nasal drip.
