Love this workbook. Highly recommend. I have read every book and done just about every workbook there is on CPTSD and trauma. This one was very helpful. I enjoyed reading and doing the work. I recommend for anyone looking to gain insight or overcome Complex Post Traumatic Stress Disorder, this is a great resource.

I'm pleased with the content of this book. I'm taking it slow and trying to really digest the "lessons" and information provided. It's helpful for my mental health journey.

Recently diagnosed with C-PTSD back in late Nov. 2023
So far this book is exactly what I was looking for, something that was more about managing my emotions, spent too long not feeling them so now I don't have a clue how to regulate them. This feels like it will be a big help

Complete
This book covers the subject in depth and helped me change behaviors that had developed over a long period of frustration and stress. It really did help and gives a much better discussion of this topic than other books I read.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND
The media could not be loaded. Been such a help to my I have very bad ptsd and it honestly opened my eyes up so much to things I wasn’t fully aware of about my condition. It honestly made me feel less alone and less ashamed because it makes a lot more sense hearing studied stories of all people who suffer with complex ptsd ! Love being able to journal and write down things as well to actively try to improve and recognize things in myself. I highly suggest to anyone seeking help and understanding with complex PTSD or even just ptsd

Very good book!!
This book identifies emotions and symptoms of trauma that most other trauma books I’ve read don’t address. Like rage— it’s a very big issue for ppl who have been traumatized over and over. It’s hardly ever spoken about in trauma books, and it’s something I struggle with managing. It also discusses why a person who has been traumatized feels overwhelmed a lot by things or reacts with strong emotions to triggers. It really helps you to UNDERSTAND why you feel the way you do, and adds ideas for managing it. It talks about intense anxiety episodes when someone who has been traumatized feels trapped and how to decompress from that intense feeling. No other book is written like this one and I highly recommend if you’re still searching for answers to understand what the hell is happening to you!
