Sturdy, attractive pair of trellises for my tomatoes. Easy to assemble with a chose of different top pieces - I preferred the bird. Each year I gently guide my big boy tomatoes up inside the trellis enclosure as they grow. Tomatoes are easily accessible around the circumference, reaching in, and I never have to tie them in place. Stake verticals and frame do not burn tomatoes in hot sun, unlike metal trellises. Wood core with plastic outer of the vertical stakes provides sturdy support. The metal tips on the bottom base legs slide smoothly into tilled soil just after I have planted my tomatoes in the spring. I drop a wall of water (purchase separately) around the outside to protect the tomatoes from freezing in early spring. The round trellis makes it easy to remove water wall once danger of frost is past. For fall frost, the trellis shape makes it easy to put blanket bags over the tomatoes, trellis and all, to protect final ripening of late season tomatoes. I have successfully reused these trellises for several seasons. Do be careful about pressing them into any hard untilled soil. The core on the stakes can break.

I bought this piece to enclose our rose bush that was growing wild and to give it a better look/appearance. Our trellises broke from years of weather conditions. This really did the trick and is so adorable, easy to assemble, cute, offers interchangeable top pieces, is nice and tall allowing for my roses to grow upward. It's stable and very lightweight but not easy to put into the ground because it is a lightweight plastic. We had to rig it a bit to keep it down but even so, it's so worth it!

I would have given it 3.5 if I could - to me the limiting factor is that big of a deal. This trellis works great as a temporary fixture during the holidays. Yes, it is plastic, but it comes together quickly and easily customizable for height. It will also come apart easily for storage. I'm writing the review as a point for anyone reading these to note that with regard to the finials on top - there are TWO birds, and ONE of each of the others. I didn't catch that (it's fairly clear, I just didn't catch it) as I ordered and I'm disappointed. Hate hate hate the birds, so I just figured I'd use one of the others. Yep, I can use ONE of each of the others, or none. FYI you can use none. I don't understand why the manufacturer would do this, but I would have considered another product if I would have realized it beforehand. Minor, but with all the choices out there, it is important enough to me to bring it up!

I bought this trellis for my pothos plant. It was climbing the wall with makeshift hooks (thumb tacks and twisted paper clips). Rearranging the vines on the wall is unsafe with my vertigo. It is easy to put together. It's pretty sturdy, and it looks nice.

These are soooo cute! They are plastic so they aren’t the sturdiest but as long as you don’t have dogs jumping on them (like I do!) they should be fine! I planted tomatoes with these and they supported the tomatoes well! But my dog decided he would use the tiers as footholds while he tried to destroy my tomatoes so they did get a little wonky. But I much prefer these to the little metal cages you can get and they add a little air of “English garden” to any space!

The parts don't fit together tightly so it's a little rickety and looks pretty cheap (of course it was pretty cheap!) I had asked if the width was adjustable and told it was, but it is NOT. I was able to put the stakes outside the pot, though, so it will work, except it's even more rickety now. However, it'll be OK for growing nasturtiums in my kitchen garden.

Great obelisk for the price. Having a variety of finial options is great, the customization is what made me pick this particular obelisk. It was extremely easy to assemble by myself. It has been placed in my garden for a few months now and has not been blown over by winds, even though it is only pushed down into the soil. It's sturdy, and although it is plastic it does not look cheap once it's in the garden..I have a beautiful clematis planted inside it and look forward to the day this obelisk is covered in blooms.

The item is actually quite nice, not extravagant but nice. The item is described as having steel tubing and plastic coated, which is exactly what comes into he package. The plastic parts are the rings used to keep the tubing in shape and hold the item sturdy for the plant it will be used for. The item was enough enough to put together and insert into the ground where it was needed, for me. The one issue I did have was the instructions were not too useful. It did take a bit of guess work, but not too much. Overall I am pleased with the item.

Arrived quickly, all parts intact. It was easy to put together - took about 20 minutes. Not the sturdiest obelisk but I think it will be fine. It's attractive and eye catching. I recommend this product for ease of assembly and value for the money. I would purchase again.

I like it and it looks great in my garden. Seller lists this as metal, however that’s not completely truthful. The rods are metal with plastic coating and the rings are all plastic. The little embellishment that you can attach at the top is also plastic. So the product description is a little deceitful. I do like that there are three styles of toppers to choose from so you can interchange them. But again, plastic. The bird one kinda looks cheap, like a cartoon bird. I also like that you can adjust the height to whatever works for you just by omitting one or more of the rings and rods. Overall it’s a good product. I just wish the description was honest and listed it as being both metal and plastic.
