Ideal for chests, bums and tums!
Just as I remember the one my mother used in her sewing kit box. Just as I remember the one over my aunt's shoulders that she didn't use as she cut lengths of fabric from giant reels with hand scissors. I like the little brass clamp at each end of the tape, not enough to measure a gentleman's inside leg but enough to be tidy as well as practical.
