I have chronic back pain and am recovering from a recent back injury, so as part of my treatment plan I need to do low-impact exercise and physical therapy. I purchased these foam weights to allow me to do aqua therapy and strength training in my pool, and I absolutely love them! They’re super durable, lightweight, good quality, and most importantly, they help give you a good workout! Once you put them underwater, they become pretty heavy and if used properly, they can give you a great upper body workout! I definitely recommend these for anyone wanting to do pool exercises!

They are nice yes, but made for muscles. Not for beginners or Rehabilitation use. I return them for a smaller size.

These were worth every penny. We have a group in our community that does water aerobics in our pool, and he is the only man in a pool full of women. We all have the water bells, and he has improved his strength and co-ordination over the last four months by using his. They have excellent balance and water resistance. He uses them in a variety of exercises; even just 'jogging in place' he uses them, going up and down and side to side.

The dumbells give an amazing amount of resistance in the water. If you've not used such items before, you will be amazed by the strength it takes to move these through the water. They provide an excellent workout! They are very lightweight out of water, so easy to transport without strain. They are large and bulky, but they get the job done. The middle is easy to grip and the foam seems to be good quality.

They are a good addition to a pool workout
