Very durable and useful
I have made 2 batches of paella so far and the pan has done great. It takes direct flame heat very well and cooks evenly. Amazing price for the quality and size.

Excellent paella pan
Excellent paella pan! This 26" pan makes 25 generous servings. (I used 5 1/2 cups Bomba rice and about 14 -15 cups broth, along with several cups of sofrito and lots of chicken and shrimp... As with all paella pans, be sure to wash immediately after use, dry completely and oil, then wrap in brown paper and finally a big plastic bag. Nice and heavy.

Heavy duty Even heat distribution
This pan is heavy duty! I made our first batch of Paella last night and the food turned our perfect. The carbon steel was thick and distributed the heat well. I have had other pans unfortunately, made in China, that were thin and the rice easily burned. This is an authentic Paella pan from Spain.

Practical & Impressive
I made an apple cobbler in this pan! It was a show stopper and worked well. It cooked well and cleaned up well. There are a million things I’m going to make with this pan.

We have only used it once but so far so good! Arrived right on time and helped us cook up our first paella dinner! Everything cooked evenly and the pan cleaned up nicely! We hope to preserve the pan and our new paella tradition for many years to come!

Paella Pan
My husband is a Chef and Paella is one of his dishes. We had a venue for about 90 guest and this worked very well with his Paella Stand from Spain. Very Very pleased.

Very good quality and original paella pan made in Valencia Spain
Very good quality and original paella pan made in Valencia Spain, although Amazon sent the package in a totally destroyed box. Luckily the seller Castevia Imports, responded instantly and gave us a quick and effective solution.

It’s great and I’m sure we are going to use it very often.
I would have preferred the paella pan to be a little bit larger.
