IT WORKED!!
Unbelievable!! I'm a woman living alone for the first time and I'm in Florida. When the fire ants started crawling around all over the pavers next to the pool I was shocked! I thought they stayed in the grass. I panicked and immediately bought this highly rated product and prayed it would help. As soon as I got it I read the directions and loosely followed them. I started sprinkling this powder on the fire ant hills that were near the pool area. I used the whole container but I have not seen one fire ant since! I don't go in the grass. I expect to find them there, but they were all over the pavers! I could lay out and even had to worry about bites in the few steps to get to the pool! It worked better than expected and they were gone the next day! Kills quickly! Great value! There was enough to get all of those nasty ant hills, it probably would have lasted longer if I didn't put so much on, but the cost of this bottle to get rid of all of them is well worth it!! Good size bottle!

Smells like rotten eggs but works wonders
Living in apartments complex it's hard to keep bugs away so I Purchased this to kill roaches and it works wonders. The smell is horrible for the 1st 3days but Im willing to deal as long as there are no roaches water bugs or ants. I used a piece of aluminum foil and made it into a bowl and placed around the house where I seen roaches.. kitchen sink corners an cabinets behind stove the bathroom under sink an behind toilet laundry room floor basically anywhere there is water also around my dogs water an food dish. Since I've use this product no sign of roaches for months I choose to replace the powder ever 2months meaning each hand made foil bowl I empty an replace power with new powder but it can last 4months I use the foil because it's hard to clean up with a broom. Hope this helps for the most part it's safe to use around pets an children just don't let them eat or touch it..

kills fire ants
I have used few types and 3 I like a lot this is one of them but when you have fire ants in yard sometimes you seem to kill the immediate colony only to have another colony pop up few feet away but regardless of what I use this has been my experience , in time you do seem to kill them all but might take an entire bag as fire ants are pretty tough but yes it kills them .This kills the colony I put this over .

Smells like death! Hope it works!
I have only had this a week and could barely use it due to rain. BUT, I truly hope it works as awful as it smells! I cannot stress this enough! I had used it and put the lid (securely) on it quickly because it immediately made me gag-badly. I stored the container in the basement waiting for dry weather and the next day I spent half a day trying to find a dead critter and checking sewer pipes because my entire basement smelled like death! Lol. Nope, just the innocent container sitting right where I left it. So just a warning to have an airtight container of some sort to place it in or you will have a nasty smell going on. I will update my review if it takes care of the ants I have been trying to kill. Good luck

My new favorite yard product
A couple of years ago, just *one* bite from a fireant sent me to urgent care with sudden and frightening respiratory and cardiac issues (not to mention the immediate swelling and intense itching on my ankle). Ended up getting a prednisone shot in the butt. 😡Bought this product upon recommendation of a landscaper. Within 90 seconds of application, ants started swarming (had already applied Amdro, which usually works, but they must have snacked on it). I hope that they die...that their families die...that their friends die.Tips:- Don't apply if there is even a hint of a breeze; this is an extra-fine powder. Wear a respirator mask.- Does not have a perforated top (for sprinkling {unless I missed something}); do not cut open entire foil lid.- Ready yourself to smell one of the most putrid odors you've ever had the displeasure of being exposed to.I hope and expect to find a great many carcasses later today.

Great
As soon as I opened the bottle it smelled so bad. The smell is horrible but that’s ok. I placed it everywhere and as soon as I saw the ant piles I poured it in the hole quickly. I started to see some ants kind of getting weaker. After a few minutes I went to check and there was no more movement in the ant piles. I made sure when I took my dog out I wouldn’t let him walk by it. I picked him up and placed him where I didn’t put any ant powder because I didn’t want to risk his life. U never know if it’s not safe for him. But it is very affective. I saw a guy in Instagram say he highly recommend it and he was right. I’m happy. One bottle was enough for the front and back side of the house on all the ant piles we had.

Very effective fire ant control
This powder works great. Sprinkle about a teaspoon of the powder over the fire ant mound, and the colony will be eliminated. I always treat them when it won't rain for a day or two so the powder doesn't wash away. I also avoid disturbing the mound before treatment because I don't want them to scatter and move to other locations. It's hard to completely eliminate fire ants once you have them in an area, but I can keep them under control with this.
