Great brand new tool!
It seems to be a brand new Milwaukee tool. Not signs of use or refurbishment. I’ve already put the battery in and it feels good and powerful. I will give it the first use tomorrow and let you know how it goes…. It would great if they could put a secondary box as packaging to protect the main box and product. This one was damaged in the bottom right corner perhaps by the parcel company. Thanks!

This is the one
I have had the surge for about a year. It was awesome for residential work. I now do commercial work and this particular one is super strong. I do love how quiet the surge is . However in the commercial field I love how powerful this one is (garage doors)

It’s a Milwaukee!
One of the most powerful impact drivers I have used. Selectable speeds so you won’t drive a screw through a board! It is a little heavier than other Milwaukee drivers, but that is not noticeable after using a few times. It is also more compact. Overall a great driver.

Absolutely the best hex driver I have ever used.
As I have mentioned in other reviews I and replacing my old Black n Decker equipment with products from Milwaukee (team Red) which is a significant investment. However I didn't want to windup random equipment and batteries etc so I have settled on Team Red.Now this unit is large and heavy especially with a large capacity battery, so bear that in mind. I have a large landscaping project on that i am using large gauge and long landscaping screws.if you are building a fences or a light retaining walls , the 12 volt impact wrench or hex driver will be better suited to long days working in tight or confined spaces.Having said all that, this unit is absolutely the best hex driver I have ever used.Great prices, great products and fast delivery.CheersCliff
