Simple
Tried with 5 shot revolver and Browning BWA .380. Was comfortable wearing between an undershirt and shirt. Will probably get another one to keep in vehicle. At under the price of a clip of ammo, would be great in a go bag.

I'm usually skeptical at any new item but It works
Guys and even women with a larger belly area have a tough time with these types of things usually, but the belt acts as a support for the mid section while keeping the pistol secured. I have a 4.25 barrel 1911 single stack, and a standard 4" auto with 15. Both stay secure and the printing is very minimal with both. The good thing about the securement strap can be tucked behind out of the way. Unless your doing jumping jacks or running in the Olympics the weapon really will not go anywhere. If you've tried the paddle holsters, and other varieties of holsters you know the difficulty in keeping the holsters inside the pants or the paddle type from wriggling out of position, which can be dangerous. This design is new to me and we will see how long it holds up. For the price, if it works well I may buy another one by summer.

Not for general daily use
The hard truth.Belly band holsters work great for guys like the one shown in the photo. If that's not you, then you need to understand that these things have limitations. They stretch, they expand, the velcro never ever goes together exactly right so you always have at least one scratchy surface next to your skin (I wear mine outside my T-shirt for this reason), and in spite of what they suggest, they are not the most secure way to carry your firearm. Understand well: this is not a knock on Accmor, it's a knock on these holsters generally. For guys like me who had one piece of pie too many, and therefore, twenty five pounds too many, they work badly in general service. Not good for a trip to the mall with the kids. But they excel when you're traveling by car. My Kydex holster digs into my left side, leaving me after a 4 hour car trip feeling like a ravenous raccoon has been gnawing at my side. And have you tried to draw from concealment as a right hander from a right hip holster with your seat belt still on? If you try this when someone is trying to rob you, hope that the other guy shoots you somewhere its not fatal. But a belly band in this situation is perfect. You can position it high on your belly and, since you're in the car, you can unfasten the velcro and leave the pistol easily accessible. The seatbelt doesn't get in the way. Of course, if you get out of the car to go to the bathroom, make damned sure you re-velcro. Of course, the pistol is not really concealable in this position (unless people normally think you have a strange-shaped clunky thing growing out of your belly). But in the car, you don't care.I won't use this routinely, but it is my carry of choice for long car trips.

Perfect for my SW 380
I’ve tried different holsters but I really like this one. I’ve had it for several weeks and I’m able to wear it comfortably. I’m 5’3” 140 lbs and it’s perfect for me. The Velcro is strong and holds in place, no slipping sitting, standing or walking. Would definitely recommend.

Not as described AT ALL!!!!
There is no way that this truly fits the woman in the picture. I was excited to have a holster to wear when I run but it falls off of me. It barely fits my husband and he has a size 33 waist. You would need a size 34 inch waist and up for this to fit. It is uncomfortable against my skin. It doesn't hold my phone. Very disappointing purchase.

Holds the big pistol and small comfortable
It’s fits my Glock .40 22 on one side and my and my glock .43X 9 mm hides both pretty well the holes make it breathable and definitely needed in Florida heat!! Thanks

Not for me.
There was a bunch of little things I did not like, that added up to me not liking it at all. I felt like the low cost was worth the risk, but I wasted my money.
