Product is superb and efficiency of cutting bushes are remarkable. One suggestion I would like to give you that even though the product cover is with good plastic, it breaks some were while it have reached to me, may be due to the delivery handling. If you could make sure this won't happen to others will be a great thing. But this have nothing to do with its effectiveness. Also I would like to mention the customer support provided by the manufacturer makes this product easy to handle.

I have received this product from last 3 weeks but I was able to work only 2 days. From the first day i am facing issues on this product.Service time is irresponsible thy will not give the solution or respond soto resolve this issue we have to spend amount from hand.Product made with less quantity material every time some parts will get damaged.Issues i faced before working.1) fuel tank cap is not fitting proper so petrol leakage2) While start the engine blade started rotating with high speed.3) while giving full acceleration motor will get off.4) hold on button is not working.5) Oli mixing can is having leakageIssues after start working1) Cutting Rope is given with machine is low quality it will finish with in 30 minutes.2) Petrol leakage from tank cap while tilting3) after 1 hr use rope hed lock got broken and missing items.( New head buy for further work then i came to know the part quality)4) Safety guard got broken will hed got broken5) Oil tank safety guard got broken will working.This product spare parts are not available in Kerala. So difficult to get it ready after damage.Daily we have to spend time try to connect with service team.In the next day of righting this review balvan team contact me taken the issues feedback. I have informed all the issues and they said that now my warranty period is over so they can't provide any spare parts which it is damaged.Again after the discussion one of the services team member said that she has taken the spacial approval for my issue so she will give me the broken safety gard as free of cost but I have to modify this review.After 2 week I have received the broken safety gard, From their every day they are taking follow up for editing the above review. To modify this review balvan service team is very efficient to take follow up and service.I am strongly denying to buy this product becaus of poor Bild quality, frequent issues and worst service.

Waste equipment. Worthless for the money. Amazon and the manufacturer not giving the proper service and support. The item has damaged within 1 week. I approched the manufacturer, but they didnt cover the damage in the warranty. I have to pay some amount for the repair.

The machine had a wrongly drilled hole on the shaft pipe. The plastic part covering the silencer is of poor quality. The carburetor diaphragm is faulty. The engine performance is good. Overall a good machine for its price.
