Finally finished the bathroom remodel and have had a chance to use the new shower. Love the look and operation of the new showerhead and handheld spray. Was able to use the showerhead and handheld spray simultaneously by turning the knob halfway between the two positions. The package arrived with a defective knob, however that did not impact the installation. I contacted Holisa and they (Bella) were great to work with. A couple of photos sent via text and there was a replacement in my hands two days later. Thank you Bella for taking care of this.

I really like the shower head. It’s so nice. I have never had one like it, and I’m in love. The valve is also awesome. I can keep it pointed at 2 o clock and just pull out, and I’ll get the same temperature every time. Install was pretty straightforward albeit nerve racking. Making sure everything stuck out the correct amount was a bit of trial and error, but not impossible and comes with the DIY territory.

Just installed a new walk in shower and this shower system was a huge compliment too it. Our daughter owns this system without the handheld sprayer and that is something that we really like so was very happy that this system included a handheld unit. We absolutely love the gold trim and the whole system. The handheld sprayer is the best I have ever used.
