No more connectivity issues
Factory plug was giving issues with usb cable and then eventually the 3.5mm headphone jack. Replaced with this part and have absolutely no issues since

Daughter broke the original
This was a piece of cake to change. And worked as soon as installed. Bought a smaller usb stick. Last one I had in the got hit and shorted this unit. I would buy again and would recommend.

It was the exact part I wanted. But it wasn’t the problem

Totally plug and play
The old 3.5mm headphone port got tweaked when the cable was accidentally yanked. Once we figured out how to remove the existing one it was simple. Disconnect the 2 cables, toss the old one in the garbage, plug the cables into the new piece, snap it back into place, connect cable and we were off and running.Perfect.
