This cleanser has been a godsend in caring for my mother, who has dementia and is now almost completely incontinent. After purchasing the gallon size, I put it in a spray bottle so it's easier to manage. I spray a washcloth or waterwipes and clean her each time I change her undergarments. It has done an incredible job in almost completely eliminating any unpleasant odor associated with incontinence, as well as keeping her clean between baths. I never knew a product like this existed, but I am truly thankful for it. The herbal scent very has a pleasant and mild fragrance without being perfumy or medicinal. It makes my job easier, and I feel that, in some way, it helps her maintain some dignity. Caregiving has been a journey of challenges and discovery for me, but any product that can make the caregiving experience less stressful and more pleasant gets five stars, in my opinion.

Best for any incontinence. Gets odors out of urine soaked linens and clothing. I was an end stage Alzheimers coordinator. Me and my staff used this from the start. An excellent cleans are in very gentle on my very extremely dry skin. I have my aid squirted out of a bottle mixed with water, and then I have another bottle with plain water to wash the soap off after blotting.Because my skin cannot tolerate wiping.My skin is actually torn in places.So this is a great solution

I actually use this to spray all over my bed-bound Dad after his bed-bath, then blot it off to abate any fungus and bacteria, then apply his different lotions. It does not irritate his skin, no harsh smell. Will purchase again, definitely.
