I work with children and usually get ill several times over the winter period. This year was different. My family got sick but I managed to fend off all unpleasantness. I can only assume it is due to these wonder tablets. No idea why these but I am so glad I took a chance. I will continue to use this supplement and recommend to all.

I ordered these because the multivitamin we had been taking was massive, so we were ready to switch brands. These appealed to me because they are complete vitamins, and contain all of the essentials necessary for a good quality multivitamin, and they are a one capsule dosage. These are very good vitamins, and I am impressed with these. They are a complete, easy to swallow capsule with no weird smell or taste. They do have a mild smell, kind of herbal, but nothing off-putting. I never experienced an upset stomach with these, not even on an empty stomach. Also, it seems like they are absorbed very nicely. When you take a multivitamin that has water soluble vitamins in it, your urine is bright yellow - Vitamin C is infamous for doing that. The problem with that is that your body is flushing it out rather than absorbing it. I didn't have that issue with this one at all, so I assume it is being absorbed by my body. Overall, I am happy with the quality of this multivitamin.

Not sure about these. Took them for about 6 months and just didn't feel they... did much!?! Any actually really expensive now with price increase- after better research, I think there is better others for the price

A product used to supplement a normal diet which may be lacking nutrients and this product is used: to to fill this gap .

Delivered in a fairly standard sealed cap plastic vitamin/table/capsule bottle with branding and stating the contents on the outer wrapper. There are 60 capsules in totals so 2 months worth at 1 per day with food, these are very easy to take as they are much more compact than most whilst having almost all of the essential daily vitamins. These seem to be a good quality multivitamin, they have a mild odour but nothing that would be off-putting whilst not having any side effects that I could detect. I have been unfortunate enough to be ill in the early winter and wanted to boost my vitamin intake to help my immune system in its fight against reinfection. Along with these I do take a very high dosage of Vitamin D and to-date I’m happy with things as my body seems to be responding well and growing stronger. They may not be the cheapest, but they are small and easy to take so I will continue with them.

Although I feel better knowing I'm taking all my vitamins with one swallow, these pills stink. The last one I took made me gag. The easy digest capsule also means they get stuck to the back of your throat so you need to take with plenty of water. I'd advise taking with something flavoured - not just water, and plenty of it. And if you are sensitive to smells, find an alternative.
