The muzzle part of this is fantastic, my large outdoor mixed breed dog can easily open his mouth to pant or take a treat. he can still bark so that's not an accurate depiction. The only drawback I see other than that is the strap is so think and cheap it doesn't stay in place to keep the muzzle on. This muzzle works only if my dog isn't trying to remove it. If he is agitated he can remove it on his own so I would use caution and still keep a close eye on your dog even with this muzzle in place securely.

I started a return on this item and wish i had completed it but instead we kept it and it was snug and tight and on the correct way. Well now because your item did not keep her from biting my little dog, in which she proceeded to get the muzzle off after she started the attack. I thought she killed my little boston who is almost 14. Its a wondef she is still alive but because your muzzle failed the dog had to be put down. So we lost one dog and have $1000 in saving my little dog because you claimex she couldnt bite or get out of it. Your claims were false and we r left heartbroken. Dont buy this if u have an aggressive dog it will not keep them from biting. Absolutely hurt and pissed off that i put my trust into your item. You cant being her back and u cant help my little one heal. But u should fix your claims or not sell it. You should be sued for false advertisement. The blood of two dogs are on the manufactors hands. I coild send some very disturbing pics of my little one cause she has stitches all over her but i wont upset others. Yes im pissed off and very hurt and its because the item failed to do what it claimed. Faulty crap cost me my dog and almost my other one and alot of money and has cost my little one alot of pain. FIX IT OR STOP SELLING IT !

The straps are skinnier than i would expect for a large dog breed. I also think the placement of the straps makes this muzzle easier to come off. Maybe a design update needs to be implemented. Also, the fitting straps dont sinch small enough for my dogs head and i question if it will come off all on its own. The muzzle around the nose fits perfectly though so goong down a size isnt an option. My dog is being trained to wear it and he keeps trying to take it off with his paws. I have no doubt he will figure out how to take it off eventually. I guess if a dog is trained well enough this wouldn't be a bad option. Definitely not good for reactive dogs. I'm using this to train because it can be taken off easily for emergencies but I will definitely be finding a different option later. The nose piece for the dog seems comfortable though, which is why I gave 3 stars but honestly everything else is 2 stars for me.

Husky’s are a special bread. So loving but soo emotional. Our pup loves the vet techs and drs but when it comes to blood work…not a fan. To keep everyone (including the dog) safe we purchased the cage. Best purchase. Goes on and off easy, good quality, drinks while on and is much calmer than a muzzle.

My doodle needed to be muzzled at the end of his visit. In preparation for our next time and what if, I decided to get this muzzle. I have been working with treats and for 2 days, he allowed me to put it on his face. I don’t want him to have a negative association so I take it off after a few seconds.It is easy to attach and remove. Comes with tips and instructions on how to introduce to your dog. I am hoping to use this on a walk eventually.I got the beige color since he’s cream colored. He does look ferocious with it on but it’s for his safety as well as others.

I purchased and returned a few other competitors. This one fit my dog the best. It looked most comfortable, flexible and secure. I loved the design and how it frames along her snout and the front barrier.

My dog actually likes wearing the muzzle! It’s of quality material, looks good on him and prevents him from biting at other dogs. While he can still bark and sneeze etc, he’s protected and doesn’t feel uncomfortable with it on. Make sure your sizing is correct as it’s best to go a bit bigger than smaller so your animal can pant in the summer if it’s hot. Highly recommend!

Did not fit a Maltese dog! It fell off after a few seconds!
