I rate this Knee brace a five because it’s easy to put on it’s very comfortable on it works well either way cold or hot I mostly use it on the hot side and a temperature holes long enough to Feel a relief is easy to maintain and it’s just an overall great product and you should try one if you have any pains and you’re doing the cold and hot regiment for it works well.

This cold sleeve is so comforting when my knee is bothering me! I do wish it held the cold longer than 15-20, but then again, that is usually the recommended amount of time to ice a joint. Easy and simple to use, I reIcommend keeping one on hand if you have finicky knees like I do!

So I got this for my teenager who injured her knee playing soccer a couple seasons ago. If she over does physical activity her knee still aches and she needs to ice it.We got the sleeve version and she said it works very well. It's very cold and stayed cold for some time. She said It's much more flexible and comfortable than the blue ice pack with straps style which we already had one of.Getting a second so we have an extra for just in case.

This product stays cold for about 10 mins very unsatisfied with the product

Great neoprene type feel. Got a large, it feels nice. The problem is that this only stays cold for around 10 min.
