I wish I knew the benefits a lot sooner!
I had no clue of the benefits of Ashwagandha! I'm always hesitant on trying stuff because of reactions. I'm excited to see how it fully helps me though. If you are a night thinker, try this! It will shut your brain down and you'll fall asleep much quicker. It doesn't make you drowsy though. During the day, it helps me with staying focused. I found out that my grandma had been taking it for over a year and never said anything! And the math was mathing cause she has not sent me any messages, at 3am, in over a year! So far, it works great. I have a hard rule with capsules and gel pills so i take gummies when possible. The flavor and texture is very good. They're nice and soft. I seen a lot of different prices but have always trusted Nature's Bounty and they seem to of been at a much better price. Will most likely end up putting this on a monthly subscription!

Good to take
Great taste and easy to take. They did get stuck together but it’s still easy to take out. My wife says she feels sleepy after she takes them so they seem to work properly. I don’t sleep well so I can’t tell if it’s fully working me.

Good flavor, but they stick together
I love ashwagandha, and these are a good flavor and right price. My 4 star vs 5 star review is because they don't put any kind of silica gel packet in it to absorb moisture, so they are all stuck together in only huge clump. Makes it rather difficult to get them out, especially since the clump forms at the bottom of the container, which is wider than the top. I have added a couple of my own silica gel packets from other products and it did help you break them up to get them out.

Gummies are hard to get out of container
The product itself is fine but the gummies are all stuck together. The opening neck area of the bottom is narrower so trying to reach into the container to pull gummies off the giant blob is near impossible. Wondering if an ingredient needs to be added to keep them from sticking together.
