The costumer service was fast and even sent me some replacement washers for the ones slightly bent which does happen during production given copper is a softer metal.

Overall everything is good. Happy with the purchase. Decent quality washers. Also, there is a thin foam piece inserted to keep washers from getting all mixed up inside the container! Nice touch.

The washers are pretty good quality and everything but they are in no way sorted when they arrive to you. The washers were all mixed up from them sliding around the box. putting them in small plastic bags would have been all that was needed to prevent this but I guess that is too much to ask of some companies.

I use these all the time when working on cars. Great to have all the sizes.
