This is the third different type of milk frother I have tried over a period of a few months. The first was a special deal in a well known discount supermarket, and the second was a less well known make purchases from Amazon, at a similar price to this one. Both stopped working within a couple of weeks - the first one the power supply ceased to function and with the second one, it stopped heating and would only froth. I returned both and bought this instead as it is a well known brand and had good reviews. A few months in and it still works perfectly. It is easy to clean, even cooled and dried milk and hot chocolate comes off instantly with hot soapy water. It froths milk well, producing full foam, part foam or you can just use it to heat milk and / or hot chocolate (for the heating only function there are a few temperatures to choose from). You can froth cold milk too. I’m not really a fan of hot chocolate made this way (tastes the same as instant but more expensive) so I mainly bought it as a milk frother for coffee. Happy with purchase, and good to know that I have found one that doesn’t stop working within weeks.

This product is an ideal opportunity to enjoy hot chocolate on cold winter evenings.

Makes lovely rich hot chocolate. Mixes well, only downside is cleaning as you obviously can’t place the unit in water.

Great frother but stopped working after 13 months.

I love it. Makes hot chocolate so quickly and easily and so easy to clean. I haven't tried milk froth function as I only wanted hot chocolate. This one is large enough for two portions which is a bonus. I would recommend definitely.

Love this! Easy to use and clean. Good design of product and makes a lovely hot chocolate. Froths the milk just right and it’s not too hot to drink once it’s made. My son loves this and will now make himself a white hot chocolate as it’s so easy to use. The milk level is just right for a mug, and then just put the chocolate flakes/powder in and turn it on.

Easy to use and clean, howeverI use it to heat up milk and it takes ages and the milk is never proper hot.

Unfortunately it stopped working after 3 uses.. had to return it back. Frothing process takes a very long time. Im sure there are users that had better experiences with this, but unfortunately my experience wasn’t good

Chocolate keeps on burning on the bottom & very difficult to clean. For milk only it's perfect. Hot chocolate it's not good & I would like to return
