This light is legit. It’s about as bright as a construction work light and gets about as dim as a night light, which is the setting I use in the morning.Light seems to have given my brain and body more energy; the effect is almost immediate. It’s hard to explain, but believe me when I say it’s worth the buy.

I have lived in the upper midwest for most of my life. I have suffered SAD probably every year from the lack of sun. I also work from home so every day in the fall/winter I get very sleepy and tired and lose productivity between 1-3 pm. I never believed that these lights actually worked. This year I finally broke down and bought one because I was already so low by the first week of October.I cannot believe that this is working for me. I start my job at 6 am every weekday and I immediately turn my therapy light on at that time. It has four brightness levels but so far I have only needed the lowest one. It is working great for me! I haven’t been tired at all in the afternoons since I started using this light. I have more productivity at work and at home when I’m done with my shift.If you have doubts about this working, I did too. But it works so well. BUY THIS LIGHT.

Easy to set up and use. Would have liked a longer cord to set it up closer to my face. Overall, pleased with product.

I like this little lamp, it was great during the winter when the sun wasn't up yet but I had to be online for work. I didn't use it super consistently, but I think it helped me wake up quicker on the mornings I did use it. It's super easy to use (turns on right away when you plug it in and then you can set the brightness and timer), and the timer function is super convenient.

Works great if you can get the cord to stay connected. That’s a big challenge!

I use this in an 11x10 room with no overhead light and one window. Lights up the room enough to work on the computer.

I bought this for my sister with whom I live. She has it set up next to her computer. I know spent time reading the newspaper on-line on her computer to take advantage of this. I noticed a positive difference in my mood after about 5-6 days. Because it is so easy to use and so accessible we both having been using it daily.

I use these around the house during winter in Michigan. Its so cloudy here that it helps to have a little light in the corner of the room. They are super bright, but have settings to make it dimmer. They also have a timer that works well.
