Feel a difference
I have not been using this for very long but I definitely feel a difference when using it. To start with it feels quite sore but by the end I don’t want to move! Think it was worth the try and will continue to use it.

Seems to offer some beneficial neck and spine alignment treatment
I was interested to see what benefits this device might bring to help me with occasional neck and back pain and to see if it could help to improve my posture. The product is a single piece moulding of dense memory foam. It can be wiped clean and is resistant to surface damage, e.g., from sharp fingernails etc.The instruction leaflet is underwhelming and lacking in what might be described as scientific or anatomical advice and this doesn’t offer much reassurance about the product and how to use it correctly.Be mindful of the two positions it offers and take time to understand that there is a softer “beginner” option to get familiar with first. I got them the wrong way round to begin with and you can really feel the difference. The device doesn’t just have an impact on your neck vertebrae, you can feel the arch in your back re-form and first impressions were that this might be beneficial to me… time will tell?Unless you’re confident about using this without medical supervision or if you are uncertain about whether this is the right device for your needs, you might want to seek some professional reassurance as not everyone has the same requirements. Also, keep in mind that it’s intended for short periods of use, particularly in the early stages, of up to 5 minutes per day. This particular version was selling for almost £30 at the time of this review, which seems excessive when you look at other apparently identical items selling on Amazon for a fraction over £6. Whereas £30 is a lot to pay for this in my opinion (especially if it doesn’t meet your personal needs) I’d be less concerned if I’d bought a cheaper one and it didn’t work out.The benefits of these types of aids can only be fully assessed over time, so I’ll update this review in due course with a final verdict.

Excellent
Wonderful after very first use, released pain and noticed the lump at the top of my spine was smaller. Also very comforting I use it just before bed time and it helps me sleep well too.

Like a pillow but for the neck
It feels like laying your neck on a firm pillow but it stretches the cervical spine. When I used this, I didn't feel any stretch. Instructions say to lay on this pillow for about 5-10 minutes, and you can extend the arms above the head and slightly bend the knees up for a better stretch. I still didn't feel a difference. Once I was done, it was a bit difficult to get up. So just roll into your side until you can push yourself up. It's like a firm memory foam material but soft enough to lay your neck. Was a lot of adjusting, moving the pillow to sit in a comfortable position.

Re-alignment
Sitting at a computer all day, most days does not help with posture, I saw several online ads for similar devices to this and was interested in giving it a go, so was happy to order this and see if it benefitted me. My mum is in her 80's and has developed quite a dowager's hump and if I can ward off this happening to me - all to the good! Obviously this is made for posture correction rather than comfort but starting off for just a few minutes daily - gradually on the gentler side eases you in and you soon get used to the sensation. I haven't worked my way up to using it the other way round yet, but it eases tension in the neck and upper spine and hopefully with continued use will train my muscles and help to keep me in shape.

Effective
I got the product because my neck is always stiff and my back tends to lock or just settle uncomfortably. I was a little confused at first by the drawing because the instructions say concave and convex sides but their uses in the pictures were opposite. I managed to figure out the long dotted side is the extreme side and the smaller side was the beginning side.So I layed on the ground and put it under my neck, I adjusted my body to be comfortable on the floor. I lifted my knees as suggested in the photos then I Brough my arms up around the top of my head as shown in the instructions. My back immediately cracked three times and I was given an instant sense of release. I layed for about 5 minutes woth it being my first time. I got up and my neck was a little sore because it is quite firm but overall my back and neck are definitely less strained than before and the pains reduced quite a bit also. I fell with progression this product is going to be doing wonders for me. After such an amazing first use how could I not recommend it.

Improved posture, that’s about all
Now I don’t normally suffer from bad neck pain or discomfort but do on occasion have some small niggles that need working out after boosting the weights or pushing too hard at the gym. Using as instructed over a period of 3 weeks for 5-10 minutes a day I did find an improvement in posture, unfortunately that’s about it. Still had small little bouts of a stiff neck or muscle cramps. The instructions also seem a bit contradictory, with most images showing use with your arms by your side yet the instructions tell you to keep your arms up by the side of your head, almost in a hands raised pose.Personally wouldn’t recommend for the £30 price tag, if you are suffering from neck discomfort see your doctor and/or a physio.
