I don't review products until I've used them for several months. I've had this mop for about 3 months now, and I regret nothing.Live in a Northern state where there's snow, salt and mud. I also have 4 dogs and a husband who works in construction. My floors need constant mopping.I have tried a commercial grade mop (think Janitorial type), sponge style, swiffer wet jet and such. This is by far the best.This mop is easy to use, doesn't take up a ton of storage space, comes with several extra mop heads that are quick and easy to change and a scrubbing head. I simply put the mop head in a laundry garment bag and wash it with a load of towels.You can decide how wet you'd like it by the number of spins you give it. The mop itself is extremely maneuverable and gets into tights spots and corners. I love the extra feature that removes hair from the mop head. (I have long hair and soooo much pet hair.) It is easy to empty with a removal plug on the side.Getting the handle to fit into the part that spins the mop takes a little bit to figure out, but it's nothing serious. I wish the bucket moved a little better, but it's definitely not a deal breaker. Those are the only 2 things I've found that could be considered areas of opportunity to make it any better.

Worked great and we love the larger size with wheels. This is used to mop several different rooms in our church buildings so this was a perfect choice. Would be great even in a smaller place/home, just because it has wheels and you wouldn't have to carry it place to place like some of the smaller ones.

I don’t usually write product reviews but I thought this mop deserved one. First let me say, if you have back problems you will most likely like this mop. I have a herniated disc, with arthritis in my back and a bad knee from a broken femur from a car accident I was in a couple of years ago. Anyway, I gave it 4 stars because there are some cons to this product.PROS-1.) it’s small but has many features.2.) It’s light weight but not flimsy. I am able to move the mop bucket with and without the mop being in the bucket because of the wheels.3.) The pump is easy to use and doesn’t take much effort.4.) It comes with 6 mop heads and a scrubber head.5.) Easy to fill and easy to dump and clean. You can easily take out put back in both the brush cleaner and the spin drum to clean them.6.) PRO/CON: Attached pictures of the shortest and highest length.Pro: I am 5’10” and this mop extends up to about where my lips are (one of the reasons I bought it). You can adjust the heightCon: but you’ll have to do it after each wring out of the mop because you have to unlock the stick to allow the mop to pump spin in the bucket.7.) PRO/CON:Pro: comes with a little handle that extends and springs back to help move the bucketCon: but that it’s a bit flimsy.8.) PRO/CON:Pro: easy to assembleCon: The attachment screw together but can loosen while you’re mopping and you’ll just have to do a bit of retightening.9.) PRO/CON:Pro: The mop heads can be taken off the metal attachment to be cleaned.Con: kinda hard to get the mop head attachment off but easy to put back on

At first...i hated it. To get used to this system after easy mops was ... well geting used to it. But now , this is the best mop i ever had. It cleans so well, it is large to cover bigger area, it cleans itself, it makes floor clean and dry faster than any other mop.

I love this mop system... I've had it for nearly 1 1/2 years. It makes it so easy to rinse and remove the extra liquid to avoid making a mess with it dripping everywhere. It is also easy to dump out the dirty liquid and replace and to clean the mop itself. My only beef is that I don't have a tool to loosen my dirty mop holder to put a new one on. I'll take it into Lowes to see if they have something. it is basically an inside out socket so I might be able to improvise with a bolt of the same size. TBH it might have come with the right tool, but if so, I have long since lost it. I keep all the extra new mops in a specific box and didn't find one so I don't think it came with one. You can't go wrong with it. I would give it 4.5 stars if I could due to the lack of the right tool, but honestly it is so well designed otherwise that it rates higher than a 4.0

The media could not be loaded. This thing is designed so poorly. I took this video upon first opening the package. As you will see the mop head is way too large to fit in the spin wheel of the bucket. The user has to use their hands to ensure each mop strand fits in the spin wheel. I have absolutely no desire to touch a bunch of disgusting floor gunk every time I need to spin my mop nor do I want to waste time poking a bunch of mop strands in a too small space.Initially I bought this for the metal and as a multi pet house hold I as intrigued by the idea of a cleaning brush in the mop bucket but the bucket is so small it makes it nearly impossible to use so the function of a mop head cleaning brush is next to nothing as the head barely touches the brush.The mop strands themselves are too soft & don’t clean that well. You have to use the scrubbing brush if you need to get anything stuck on at all but the scrubbing brush isn’t good for most of the floors so it takes way too much time to switch back and forth.Save your money. Save your back. Save your time. Get something else.In summary it’s a functional and useless design.
