The quality of this tried-and-true Scotland Yard system. Basic game plays like original Scotland Yard game. A more advanced version gives each of the pursuers unique skills and allows Dr Moriarty to commit crimes. The usual high quality components expected of Ravensburger Games are in abundance.

What a fun Sherlock Holmes game. For any fan of him it’s a must have. The gameplay is pretty easy but fast paced and it’s full of strategy. It’s a bit on the expensive side but the quality is good and it’s good for variety.

As much fun as the original with a Moriarty twist.

This game had a different twist with the detectives each being characters and having special abilities. It sped up game play, making the game go a little faster. I enjoyed this aspect as a group could then play more times, mixing up the characters. The twist was a good addition for fans of the original game. However, it may be helpful to buy the original version before jumping to this one. Either way, an enjoyable game that I have played multiple times since my purchase a month ago.

We've been playing Scotland Yard for decades. This is a fun one!

It’s sherlock holmes version of Scotland Yard. Moriarty is Mr. X in this version and the players have to find and capture him. There are two versions of the game which one version gives players get more resources in finding Moriarty, depending on the which version the players play. The instructions were a little confusing on how to play because it had two versions of playing. I personally think this game was more complicated than the classic Scotland Yard game.

This is the best movement game out there, extremely fun!
