I purchased these because I thought it was almost a curtain-like item: I imagined that the photo provided was a line with lots of lines of stars hanging off of them - they are not, they are actually individual packs so you'd need quite a few to do it like the display image provided! They are just one line of stars per pack! Doh! So, I bought 4 packets thinking that'd be plenty, but never mind, I still managed to make use of them. Each line is quite long, and I've been able to use one line in my front window to create quite A pretty display, even though it wasn't what I'd wanted, I still like it :) Depsite the confusion on what I thought I was getting, the product itself is fine. The stars are that plasticy foiled material, and each is sewn through a string so they are very securely attached. The string is fine enough to be quite subtle but still strong. Again, despite not being what I thought I was getting im still pretty happy with them and I've been able to create window displays with them so it's not the end of the world! I see no reason I can't use them again next year, they are durable and easily untangled.

This went around my entire bedroom !! It comes in four separate packets which means you can place it in different spots . I read the other reviews before buying this and they were complaining about tangles . I found that if you were patient and slowly pulled the stars apart it was fine.

Lovely idea but they got tangled up so easily. I had hoped to reuse but no chance, I had to cut them off and throw them away. Would probably work better with a slight weight on the bottom.

Tgese are lovely when up but be very careful we got one strand knotted and unfortunately it is now 4 shorter strips but they are still lovely and look just as good in the smaller strips along the front of a table.

This item is terrible. All the strings are so tangled very quickly and there’s no way you can recover it. Had to throw it away in frustration. Very disappointed

These lengths of string with stars dotted along would be very effective if you can get them untangled in the first place! They are very difficult to manage as the points of the stars get caught on each other constantly. We ended up cutting them into little lengths but they still got tangled, very frustrating!

These arrived completely tangled it was awful and couldn’t untangle them
