Figure I would try this hoping for relief from muscle cramps in both feet and calf. This stuff is amazing. No more feet or calf cramps. Taste is good. I take 2 in the morning on an empty stomach. Amazing product.

I bought these when I was diagnosed with a potassium and magnesium deficiency. They did help me for a while, but unfortunately in my particular case I had to get something prescribed by my doctor. The taste isn't terrible. It's not great but not bad either. The texture is a bit harder than most gummies but after you take them for a few days you won't notice. If they were strong enough for my needs I would definitely purchase them again.

Out of all the gummy vitamins I ordered I think these are the most effective. Taste good too.

As I've aged I'm having problems with awfully cramps at night. These have worked wonderfully in preventing those awful middle-of-the night cramps.
