I have battled under eye puffiness for over 20 years due to a medical issue. My doctor informed me that unfortunately this would be a life long side effect but I refuse to give into this. I also refuse to have the bags removed surgically. I'm genuinely giving you my opinion based on MY experience (it's hard to trust 4/5 star ratings now for most are based on payouts). So, I used the just about the entire bottle and I can honestly say after 2weeks+ I did notice a change in my appearance. I initially purchased the serum in hopes of reducing the puffiness under my eyes (due to illness). ...and as the pics show..there was a significant change. Everyone is NOT the same nor can outcomes be the same..just keep in mind..this is NOT botox..so do NOT expect a rapid change. I'll be purchasing another bottle for sure..just to have on hand.

This item is perfectly fine, it’s not too expensive, it feels good on the skin. The BIG ISSUE is: does it work? Some say that topical caffeine helps reduce under-eye puffiness. At least, it might work for some people. I have been using it daily for about a month or so now, and … meh. I think the jury is still out. I’m willing to give it a little more time, but so far, I’m underwhelmed. Everyone’s skin has different issues, so it might work for you…

I have tried dozens of these eye creams and none have done much if anything. This one works! It is so smooth and although it takes awhile to absorb it isn't greasy or gross feeling. I just dab a teeny bit on and can tell a difference in puffiness. It is NOT immediate, but when you're going on little sleep and have 6 Nutcracker performances in 4 days you tend to look tired. This was amazing at reducing puffiness and making me look less tired! Only product I've found that works!

I don’t often write reviews. I was in search of a great under eye serum to get rid of my dark circles. Living In New England and my suntan fading, long hours in the hospital and being of Portuguese decent my under eye circles were getting bad. Add this and I swear it’s been helping and taking away the little fine line appearance that my 40 year old face is producing… it’s a little thick putting on but it absorbs quickly enough that I’m satisfied with this product. I’d purchase again.
