This didn't work with my printer at all. I kept trying to align my heads and clean the nozzle but nothing worked. I finally purchased an official cannon cartridge and no lines through the words anymore. Very disappointed because I tried to save a few bucks and ended up not saving money, time or pure frustration.Update: A very nice woman named Ivy contacted me and offered me a full refund or another set of ink cartridges (after my refund time had lapsed). I took the cartridges because I really like the idea of reusing something that would otherwise end up in a landfill. I got the new cartridges and they work great! None of the problems that plagued me the first time around! Thanks to Ivy I will definitely order again!

Excellent price, quick delivery, and a great product. These cartridges came packaged in a professional fashion, looked brand new rather than recycled. I especially like the plastic cover for the ink strip. I put my cartridge into a shared printer and take it back out when I am done using it, so it's nice to have a cover on it when it's not in use. Keeps the ink from getting on anything. I've heard of issues with printers not correctly reading the ink levels in recycled cartridges, reporting them to be low or empty. I have not had this problem. My printer registers the correct ink level no problem. I highly recommend purchasing recycled ink cartridges. They cost almost half as much as new ones for the same quality.

Update! I Purchased two cartridges from GREENBOX at the beginning of the year and found out that only one of them worked (although the one that worked functioned very nicely). Because I did not realize the second one was defective until months later when I was about to use the second cartridge, I thought any chance of partial reimbursement was lost. So I wrote a review about my experience.GREENBOX was kind enough to help me even at this point! They sent me another pair of cartridges free of charge. I don’t want to open them before another cartridge I bought in the interim is done, so as not to dry out the ink. But I will be sure to update once again when the time comes. I would definitely buy from this company again because they were very professional and Ivy did such a great job of resolving this problem for me! My trust is restored just for having them work with me to resolve things.

It's ink. I'm a student. Stays on the paper, easy to install. Doesn't seem to bother my professors.

I purchased this product to use with a portable printer I keep in Saipan, where I travel to work 3 times per year. It was essential this product work as Saipan is a small island and this type of ink is not available for purchase. After arriving found my computer did not recognize Greenbox ink cartridges. I tried all of the troubleshooting ideas they had and nothing worked. Emailed Greenbox describing the urgency and a week and a half later am still awaiting help. My husband joined me in Saipan and brought replacements (a different brand) and they work perfectly. Thanks for nothing Greenbox and I expect a refund.

I've been using these cartridges for a little while and they are really hit and miss. Some come full of ink, others only seem to be half full. I have had one cartridge that was totally empty when new. Price may seen good, but about $20 for an empty ink cartridge runs the average price up!

Since my original review I have purchased a couple more sets. The last set, less than thrilled. I printed up a couple hundred pages and was out of ink. Put in the next made it through 75-100 pages, out of ink. I was less than thrilled. My precious purchases I could print several hundred pages, the ink seemed to last weeks. This last one, didn’t even last an entire week per cartridge. What’s even more strange is it’s saying per picture on screen I should have 1/4 full and it prints like it’s running out. I’ve taken it out and shaken it and still prints like it’s out of ink. I plan on purchasing 1 more set, if I have the same experience I will not purchase anymore of these. I was scared to buy this, only because it was manufacturer product. I read the reviews, decided to take a leap. Let me just say at $25 a cartridge from manufacturer, I was going through roughly 1 1/2 a week. Bought these and they lasted 2 weeks per cartridge. That’s printing 450-650 pages a week. Happy to buy again! 🤗
