Ease of putting it together
It was easy to put together may the only thing I would say is put a instruction book in with the bike as not everyone has a phone or access to the internet

I do not give 5 stars due to the lack of collaboration
I think it is a very good item and of good quality. But I need to return it for 2 reasons and I've been trying for more than 2 weeks to get the seller to send me the label, shameful this had never happened to me with Amazon.
