Q: How big is the x small

I ordered a set of two of the Xtra small ones. Was great for a lunch for a couple. My girlfriend and I took them on a hike. We fit a hoagie sandwich, carrots, sliced cucumbers, chips, a pudding cup, a 2 pack of Oreos, a spoon, and a small ice pack in each of them just fine. So, for a lunch, it's perfect. If you're trying to for water bottles, and Tupperware containers, and a bunch of crap in it, don't get it. But for a lunch or snacks, it's perfect. :). As far as actual size, I'd say a foot long (maybe foot and a half) long, by about 8 inches wide, and 5 or 6 inches tall. Hope this helps.

Q: Anybody used it to store breast milk? How long will it keep the milk frozem if used with extra ice pack?

I keep medication in the bag with an extra ice pack. It was cold for well over 8 hours.

Q: Was there any odor to the bag when you received it?

I think i would have noticed anything obnoxious, and I am sensitive to strong odors. Using it a year now there certainly isnt--just checked.
