The product was packaged correctly in a secure box with plenty of paper. Yet the bottle is very, very dented. It was clearly dented before it was put in the box.

Smells very good, makes hair very soft and doesn’t make it too oily

This shampoo was made for natural curls!!!! Worth the money and leaves your hair clean.

Is exactly as described. A gentle shampoo that did not irritate my scalp. I have a sensitive scalp so it can be hard to know what my scalp will react to. After awhile, I started noticing flakes. I chalked it up to the dryness and cold of Northern BC. But after discontinued use, I don't notice as much dandruff or itchiness. This shampoo has no clarifying ability. So, if you have low porosity hair you will get buildup with no way of washing it off if you don't buy a clarifying shampoo in addition to this. My hair tends toward the low porosity side so any extra amount of product will sit on top of the hair giving me lanky hair vibes. Yuck. I do like this for it being gentle. The fragrance is nice and no way offensive. It's a decent amount of product too for the price. But just to reiterate, you will have to buy another shampoo that clarifies to use in addition to this. This increases cost and space needed to store 2 shampoos. Not worth it in my opinion.

I have type 2C wavy/curly hair and love AG products so I thought I'd give this a try! It works well for my hair and leaves it hydrated and well cleansed. Very happy with this product!

My curls look great using the AG products. Fragrance is not overpowering. Most importantly it is a Canadian company. Will continue to use the Curl Fresh line.
