Does the job well
After a 'shaky' start I am happy with the product and service received. I needed a mattress for use on a concrete floor (which was carpeted) and the memory foam 'topper' I used did not provide the support. This does the job well and I can enjoy a more comfortable night's sleep. Had a problem to start but the firm's customer service was exemplary and the product was replaced promptly.

Comfy but needs topping up daily
I found it very comfy once I had topped it up with a few breaths (it wasn't compatible with several pumps I tried; the instructions are minimal and nowhere could I find what type of pump to use to top it up). You need to flip the valves to inflate (not immediately obvious!) Once inflated, it just required a couple of breaths each night to stay plump

Slim and comfortable
Just used this once so far (but have used other makes in the past) you do need to blow this up a little we have Dewalt DCV100-XJ blower great little toolNot easy to roll up the first time hopefully we’ll get better at it in time.

Absolutely awful
One of the most disappointing products I’ve ever bought on Amazon - can’t quite believe I paid so much for it! First of all, it is absolutely huge and very heavy. Secondly, it does not get anywhere near self inflating - it is practically completely deflated even several hours after opening the valve and needs you to blow air in yourself (not easy to work out how you do that - there are no instructions). Then once you’ve finally got it inflated and need to deflate it to pack it away it is nigh on impossible to deflate as no air seems to come back out of it. We had to transport it home inflated (see the picture!) as could not find a way to sort it out whilst away. Absolutely awful product with almost no defining features (it’s not really that comfortable either)

Expensive for what it is
I found this to be very heavy and not feasible for backpacking at all. It really is huge. If your driving and have it in the boot for a camp site then it’s awesome very comfortable. However it’s not self inflatable and requires a pump.

Good for hiking
Got this mat to replace the standard issue foam ones, but wanted something that doesn't stand out too much, and is tough enough to not be damaged by being used outside with no tent, or people stepping on it in their boots, while also being the same size or smaller as the issued mat. Rolled up without a fold (so longer but narrower than its default bag) it's slightly smaller than the standard issue mats (good although slightly heavier). Definitely a lot warmer and more comfortable! So far seems to be pretty resistant to being walked on (and you can let some air out so it deforms easier) plus it comes with a repair kit (though I wouldn't like to try in the field). Pretty quick to pack up and put away.
