Timely Delivery, Easy to Assemble
I'm very happy with this chair, and my husband ordered his own soon after and had a similarly satisfying experience. Took at most 20 minutes to get everything out of the box and assembled. I will recommend this to others. EDIT: Approximately 6 months after ordering and receiving this chair, I noticed that the mesh was detaching from the frame of the seat. After reaching out to this company's customer service directly, they very promptly responded and sent me a replacement piece, which also arrived promptly. Swapping out the old seat for the new required some elbow grease, but my chair is as good as new. This information does not change my previous 5 star review; if anything, I wish I could add a star for the excellent customer service and the promptness with which they addressed my issue. I remain a very happy customer.
