Arrived chipped, battered, and poorly packaged
This product arrived completely battered, with flakes of selenite falling off as I unwrapped it. Additionally, it was not in an official product box; it arrived Saran-wrapped with bubble wrap inside an unmarked plain cardboard box. No instructions, warning, info, manual, not even a brand. I was going to give this as a gift but now I have to switch gears since this would be an embarrassment to give to someone.

Beautiful soft light!
Exactly as expected! Product was wrapped very well which is great because it is a fragile lamp. My lamp was perfect when it arrived! I plugged it in and it worked immediately. Thank you so much, I am very happy!

Bright can not dim it will try a different bulb very unhappy with it and not standing good Leamington one side

Gorgeous but cant adjust the light
It's gorgeous and I love it a lot. However, you can't really dim the light so that takes away one star from me
