Great product when away with no toilet bidet. Box has a baby on it, so you can us it on a baby but I used it on myself on my journey, used everyday for 2 weeks. Batteries lasted 2 weeks, but I took spares. The water compartment finishes fast at full speed. Good force to clean the skin, but not forceful to hurt. When bottle is filled with water it is not recommended to keep upright, as might topple over and crack the container. Box came with bag and spare head. Easy to use. Happy with purchase as it did the job. I would recommend to use soft water only, using hard water might cause limescale blockages, and damage the product.

This was such an amazing product it saved me so much toilet paper and left me clean. Only thing is after a year of use it’s started to fail. I find it now turning itself on randomly spraying water everywhere, and this is conveniently after it’s one year warranty.

Really convenient as it is portable but wish it held more water or the jet was more powerful.

I am a six foot 24 stone male. I am also hirsute. The Amazon star rating no idea what is meant by softness and thickness, not relevant to this product. The jet is not as powerful as direct water pressure but fit for purpose. I always use the High setting. It feels similar to using a shower down there.The water reservoir is too small, however if it were large it would not be easy to use. I find that it takes 3-4 refills to properly clean the area. Bearing in mind i am hairy. If you cannot easily reach a tap from a seated position then it will easily refill from a water bottle, just clean out an old two litre pop bottle and keep it handy.To dry i have cut up some affordable hand towels into four long strips. all i need to do is hold one of them, not rub, between my cheeks and absorb the excess water. There should be no sign of faecal matter on the towels. it is just like drying after a shower or bath. Just cheaper than having to wash a full hand towel every time. I put them in with an underwear wash.My sides and spine no longer ache from the strain of over twisting to wipe and I never feel dirty. It is slowly but surely helping my self esteem and now my back and sides are getting back to normal I can start on the exercises i have been told to do.

i still need to use toilet paper; definitely not a great replacement but it does help.make sure you're careful to dry thoroughly before changing batteries; they're very inconveniently located right above the water storage
