These are perfectly sized nose studs, and are well-made. You need to bend the pin (the external piece) a little to create the tension necessary to hold it in the female part (inside your nostril). The reviews from people saying it falls right out probably did not know that you do have to bend / prep the pin before trying to wear the jewelry. Totally recommend these.

I bought this earring and I love it . But, it fell out and I lost the back 😭. I don’t remember it getting caught on anything. Is there a way to get another backing ?would have been 5tars if it didn’t fall out so easily

It’s pretty, but the back doesn’t stay and it’s too small for the thickness of the Tragus. Super disappointed.

Very pretty and feels comfortable in the ear but falls out non stop and will get lost.
