I love the mug but didnt love the fact that it cracked within the 1st week after I started using it.. it's still usable but the long cracks in it make it the point of focus. Yes, I hand washed only.

Excellent quality, recommend to only hand wash, came in perfect condition with no cracks or broken pieces like some of the other reviews said. Love that they’re a small business as well

This mug is cute but it came broken. It was obviously broken before being shipped because the piece isn't even in the box to attempt to put it back together. There's cracks down the side of it that you can't see in the pictures. Really disappointed in this completely. I was using this as a gift and now I have to go find a different one.

This is a good quality, heavy coffee mug that is perfect for the person that loves coffee.

I was so excited to buy this mug for myself! Frankly it fit my personality perfectly. I can sip my coffee with put joy, even in the wee hours of the morning.The one thing I have noticed is cracks have started to form around edge. This is concerning as I have only handwashed after each use and dried right away. It looks like it could break, but unsure. Possible the ceramic makeup of cup.
