Wanted a belt that was fully adjustable (i.e. no 'holes'). This fit the bill, and was a good price.I've only had it a few days so can't speak to durability, but the material seems to be as sturdy as the ones I had in the military. It was easy to cut to size (and 'melt' the new end). Hasn't slipped or loosened on me yet. I just ordered a second one in another color.

I have been wearing a webbing belt with a flip buckle (made by a different company) for about four years. The belt had begun to fray a bit, and the buckle was scratched, so I searched Amazon for a replacement. The search turned up quite a few options of web belts with various buckles. I prefer canvas webbing over pure nylon webbing, and I also like the way this type of flip buckle grips and holds the belt at any particular setting, with little or no slippage.This Golf Belt Canvas webbing Flip-Top belt came in at a great price point, so I ordered it. Have been wearing it every day since it arrived.The black color is very black, much darker than my old belt. The buckle is great, too. A secure "snap" when it is closed, and unlikely to pop open unexpectedly.The belt length is easily adjusted by cutting off the excess. I selected the fit as "Fit as expected" even though I had to trim about 9 or 10 inches off the end of the belt. This belt should be able to go around a 50 inch waist with ease.Webbing belts do not suffer the curvature that leather belts do after extended wearing over months or years. I mean that leather belts start straight, but over time, they tend to develop a curvature, especially when worn by a heavy dude.With a webbing belt, however, if any lengthwise0 curvature begins to appear, you can unclip the buckle from the belt, flip the belt over, and reattach the buckle. Now the belt is essentially "upside down" and curving the other direction.The canvas material is also not shiny the way nylon webbing belts are. A nice matte finish. Sure, you probably won't win any fashion awards, but hey - this belt is a practical item of clothing that does well what it is intended for.
