My new car does not have a CD player, this is fabulous! I’ve watched a movie on it, too, and the quality was fine! I charge this up in my office and.car, use it in my RV and while driving (songs). So glad I found this: not too big for car, not too small to watch movies on.

This is perfect for me! I’m old school, so I have a nice collection of CDs and DVDs. I can take this on my balcony and watch movies late at night, listen to my music while I’m sewing, or watch a movie in bed. It’s got a place to put earphones in, so my apartment neighbors can’t hear me. And it’s MAGNAVOX! An old school name brand that has a great reputation and has earned my trust through the years. Plus this is a great price. I was happy to find this!

The product is good. Does what it says it can do and great for portability

The product has a lot of buttons that mean little to the average user. It comes with a remote and batteries but it doesn't do anything with the product itself. The instructions didn't give much help in that department. The handle is nice for carrying but it feels like it could easily be broken if you apply too much pressure. It appears you can watch a DVD while it charges but I haven't tried that yet. If that is the case then it is a step up from my last portable DVD player.

This exceeded my expectations.Pros:* The screen is sharp and clear if you adjust the screen angle.* The battery charge lasts a couple hours if you choose not to plug it into the wall.* It has a built-in handle, so it's very portable.* Although it doesn't pick up where you left off, you can skip from chapter/scene to scene easily and not have to start over.* The buttons are intuitive/easy to operate.Cons:- Yes, the audio is too low at max volume. I'm getting a mini speaker, but you can use earbuds.- The on/off switch is rather tiny and hidden. When I first tried to play a disc I forgot about the switch, so I momentarily thought it was broken.

Had a previous portable dvd player that worked for 10+ years with no issues, this brand new one has given me issues after only a few weeks. Things are definitely not made as well as they use to be. I would not buy again, and next time I would spend more money to ensure I am buying a quality product. This has issues playing dvd's, it skips, it has no memory feature for playback, and is not a quality product by any means. Do research and purchase a better model than this one.

Customer service is nonexistent . the Amazon website never disclosed a prop 65 warning. Once I receive the item , I see a prop 65 warning on the package. I tried to call Customer Service numerous times without success because they never answer the phone. They never returned the call or email so while the product works well I still don’t know why it has a prop 65 toxic warning on the box. . Not happy about that.

I love it! Finally a portable dvd player that has a bright and clear picture .. Most of the others are dark and dreary. Has a nice view at most angles. Speaker is just ok, but for the size it’s better than I expected. Light weight and no rotation noise when dvd is playing. A definite good purchase for me!
