When I first saw that it can infuse the moisty air I was not sure whether it would actually work, but it worked pretty well. The hair remianed clam for the rest of the day and I could use it as straightner and curler. It left my hair in a good state and did not seem to damaged. I would reccommend this to someone who wants lonlasting effects and maintain good hair condition!

When we received the Professional Hair Salon Steam Styler, it came in a sturdy black box, the directions were easy to follow and the iron did heat up quickly for use. After the first 2 uses, the steam stopped working. Shortly after, within one month, the reservoir cracked. The styler can still be used as a hot iron, but that defeats the reason for the purchase.

We had a terrible time with shipping. The actual product worked but not nearly as well or as easy as the advertisements
