This is the worst product manufactured by boat till now . And that too at this cost of approx ₹1000 where even other small brands give uqite better product at this cost. The voice of the caller comes after 9 seconds of call connection ,till then u have to wait ,and the other person gets irritated waiting for 9 sec for response. It doesn't has smart switch which results in very fast battery drain if remains connected with the phone.The volume is also very very low during calls , can't listen the voice from the other side unless u keep the volume more than 50%.And the worst thing which is unbelievable is that there is no return or exchange policy on this product only replacement with same model , when almost every brand gives this opportunity on their products now ... Seems BOAT has applied this trick to anyhow push this ill manufactured product to the customers .It's only useful for listening songs ,but of no use for calling and long-term use .Highly disappointed with it and with BOAT .
