Dhokli took a lot of time to get soft
We bought many 'instafood' packets as an option to 'Ghar ka khanna' available as ready to eat.Unfortunately, instafood is not up to the mark and below our expectation.Dal dhokli was boiled for about 15 minutes, but despite dhokli not turning soft, the taste was ok.Not very useful as ready to eat as it needs to be boiled or cooked for 10 to 15 mins.Now we are preparing dal fry, but it is very spicy n 'tikha'.
