It claimed in the ad to be a hard and round ball. When it arrived unsurprisingly It turned out to be a hard and round ball. If you're looking for a hard round ball I personally recommend this one. Bester Ball um seinen Füßen etwas gutes zu tun! Alle anderen Bälle waren oder sind mir zu weich und nach relativ kurzer Benutzung bereits deformiert und nicht mehr brauchbar. Bei diesem Ball hat man Langzeitvergnügen und die Füße sind glücklich! Danke!

Works well. I’m on my feet all day and this helps cut down on soreness the following day. Would recommend. Better than a baseball or tennis ball.
